Proxy setup

Simple request, nothing about the site though. I have a rather extreme paranoia about hackers and viruses, and have tried to set up proxies, however, not sure i did it right. While i was hanging out with Her_Sir, he told me about something like a stargate proxy thing. Basically it randomly chooses nine proxies to keep me hidden. I don't remember exactly what he said, and contacting him about it is challenging because his internets is having issues. But if anyone could give me a link to what i'm looking for, that'd be great. Not exactly sure of it's name either, so i hope i described it enough for ya. Thanks in advance

I remember a chained proxy website, but I think it went offline at some point.
