This is a story i heard long, long ago, and now i would like to share it with you.
There's a very poor married couple who live on a farm, and they've been married for about 15 years. But the neckbeard in the relationship is a very cruel neckbeard, rather abusive. But they remained married because she had nowhere else to go. Recently though, he's been digging a well for fresh water for themselves and the crop. One day, the neckbeard finishes his breakfast, and said "lets get to work." They walk out and he gets in the basket with all his tools, and he says "now remember, one tug on the rope means stop, two means pull me back up." She nods and begins to lower him in the well, but she hates doing this because of how heavy he is. She feels a tug, and stops. About an hour later, she feels two tugs, and being obedient, she hoists him up, but the bucket is a lot heavier. When the bucket arrives to the top, she's shocked to see it's filled to the brim with gold, with a note on top. Not sure what's going on, she opens the note, and it reads "Please send more, we'll keep paying you"
