What do you use for video playback and music management?

Music: Mediamonkey/Rythmbox (linux)
Video: VLC

zune for music, vlc for vids, xbmc cuz i can sit on couch and control via remote. xbmc is as good as vlc at rendering(at least to me) and its only htpc softare i have seen that plays isos naturally.

I use iTunes. I'm not particularly fond of it, but it's most convenient.

MPC-HC for everything on my laptop, iTunes on my desktop, but not for listening, only keeping track of my library.

You should try mediamonkey. Way less bloat, it's customizable and it syncs music to your ipod/iphone really easily.

For music I pretty much exclusively use Spotify unless I'm on the go, then I just use my phone. For movies it's got to be VLC, I don't need anything more complex and it seems to play just about anything I've ever tried.
